On our tours we will walk you through the farm giving a little bit of a farm history lesson and information on alpacas. After a brief instruction on how to interact with the alpacas we'll go into their pasture where we have placed small buckets of treats for them to enjoy, you will be up close and personal with the alpaca, petting them and feeding them by hand or by bucket, your choice. Pictures can be taken at your discretion, some alpaca's are better at posing than others. We make sure to visit our boys who have had more training in it.

Paca picnic and bring your family and friends to the farm to have a picnic with the alpacas. Enjoy a relaxing two hours with a few different options. We will provide your choice of table and chairs (up to 6) or picnic blanket and of course some friendly alpacas to play with and treats to feed them. We will have a brief safety talk about interacting with the alpacas and then help you get set up either in the pasture with our alpaca girls or in our orchard/garden area. In the pasture the girls/cria will come and go as they please some are rather curious. If you choose the orchard/garden area you are welcome to enjoy your picnic at your leisure and we will be waiting by the alpaca pastures for alpaca interactions. We do not provide any food or drinks with this package but you are welcome to bring your own. Please no alcohol.

Have a special event coming up? Come join us on the farm for a outdoor party! We have a tent with tables and chairs set up and a pen of friendly alpacas to entertain your guests. Included: ~10ft x 30ft Party Tent ~4 tables and 24 chairs ~24 large plates, 24 small plates, 24 napkins, disposable flatware and table covers. ~Alpacas and attendant to assist with animal interactions, limit of three guests in pen at one time. Details: ~Children must be 3+ years of age to be in the alpaca pen ~Limit of 24 guests ~We can have very strong winds please make sure decorations are well secured. For the safety of the animals, please no balloons. ~Two hour party with the Alpacas, one hour pre-party setup and one hour post party without the alpacas ~Party space is outdoor, parties will need to be rescheduled in cases of inclement weather. ~Yard space is available for games ~Only non-alcoholic beverages Additional Options: ~Hands on wet felting of an alpaca shape keepsake with a provided 1/4 ounce of alpaca fiber that guests can take home with them. ~Paint a four inch wooden alpaca cut out, washable paint, brushes and painting aprons will be provided, guests can get creative and have fun painting a wooden alpaca their favorite colors to take home. ~Price for either add on is $5 per participant, number of participants needs to be scheduled one week before event.

For Youth Clubs Only, This is an educational tour, the focus will be on education about the alpacas. This will include an introductory lesson on alpaca care, with topics including haltering, handling, and feeding. Demonstration on fiber hand processing, picking, carding, and spinning. Additional Options: ~Hands on wet felting of an alpaca shape keepsake with a provided 1/4 ounce of alpaca fiber that the youth can take home with them. Larger groups can be accommodated, please call or email if the available options for booking do not meet your needs. Parents of Youth do not apply to the total number of people.
